Are the Northern Holds still...there? Or supplies from them, at least? Because I just realized that his is Southern...and Velka likes 'foxy Tillek'...and Igen used to make good beer. Does that still apply on today's Pern?

I think they were destroyed by Thread, so basically no... some person could have salvaged a few barrels and brought them down to the Southern continent though. xD But there wouldn't be much; you'd probably be better off changing that part of your app. xP

right, no North left...maybe a few smart stragglers in caves but really no. No wines and no beers...sorry! It's the more bitter Southern Brews...made actually at Danac Hold.

ACTUALLY... grapes would flourish in some of the sourthern climates, so sweeter wines are capable of creation. Since sugarcane grows rather well in those climates as well. XD So it wouldn't be Benden White or Red, but it would still be a good form of wine? XD

XD dang...yeah i was thinking about the harsher North brews...like Tillek...yeah the Southern 'Brews' would be sort of sweet

Yeah, and grains grow rather well in warmer climates as well, so you would have those too. I think the most sour of a drink they would have, would be Rice Wines... Or something similar to Sake XD

Well it wouldn't be EXACTLY Benden White, since its not made in Benden, bu the process would be the same, and produce teh same kinda of drink.
