Name: T'mar
Age: 16
Rank: Wingrider
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Bisexual
Appearance:
Tiomar is, at fourteen, what some people call a 'bean pole'. Already closing on six feet tall, he has not yet filled out, and how much he ever will is doubtful. His hair is medium brown and tightly curly, generally kept cropped fairly close to his head. His eyes are greyish blue, quite a striking contrast. He's not actually bad looking, but not exceptionally handsome either. His features are sharp and angular. His voice is settling into a pleasant baritone.
Tiomar is a clothes horse. Although he wears plain clothes for work, when he wants to, he'll dress up as much as any woman born. It's very important that everything coordinates. Very.
Personality:
Tiomar is the fun loving life of any party. He loves to dance, he loves to talk...okay. He loves to hear himself talk. He's a great guy, especially if you ask him. Actually, although he can be arrogant at times, he is genuinely fun to hang out with...as long as you can handle being teased at every opportunity.
Sometimes, people who are happy all the time hide some inner insecurity. That's not the case for Tiomar. Despite his youth, he knows exactly who he is. He's not a leader, no, and probably never will be. He feels his talents revolve around cheering everyone else up.
However, he tends not to develop close friendships. He does his best to get on with everyone equally, but without loyalty to specific individuals. Yes, he's a little bit shallow. He's nice and likable, but can he really be trusted? Some might wonder that.
Tiomar also has an artistic streak. He enjoys making sketches of basically whatever might be handy.
History:
Tiomar is nobody special. He's the youngest son of a southern holder...not a Lord Holder, mind, but not a cotholder either.
Given he was the youngest son he knew that his path from a young age would be to apprentice to some craft. With no less than five older brothers (and no sisters), his chances of inheriting were very slim.
The problem was, he could not decide which craft. The weavers did not want him, he didn't have the sense of rhythm or pitch to be a harper, the bulk to be a good smith.
At thirteen, he left his own hold to find a larger place where he could work and be out of his parents' way while he decided what to do with his life. Six months later he ended up at Danac, getting a job as a stablehand. Now he's fourteen, and still hasn't made a decision.
That was when the dragonrider showed up.
For Tiomar, who was becoming aware of a growing attraction to other boys (confusingly, girls seemed quite interesting as well), the idea of living at a Weyr appealed. He might have asked the rider for a job, but the rider offered him one...maybe. He was not about to turn down the chance to be a rider.
He knew what kind of dragon he wanted, too. A blue or a green. Being in charge? No...but he hadn't realized how much he wanted to be a rider until he was Searched. And as he saw more of the Weyr he realized he wanted to be a greenrider. Or, perhaps, he had enough self awareness to grasp how likely such an outcome was.
When he walked out onto the Sands, though, he had to wait... Egg after egg hatched, dragonet after dragonet Impressed, and where was his? The gold hatched, but was waiting on Impression, perhaps wanting to make sure her siblings Impressed. He stood there convinced that he was going to be left standing...when the very last egg hatched a green.
A green so sure of her choice that she bowled him over when she failed to stop. Tiomar became T'mar...and got everything he wanted. Of course...that did not mean an easy life...

-If a Rider:
Dragon Name: Freyjath
Dragon Age: 1
Dragon Size: 20 meters
Dragon Color: Green
Freyjath’s shade could almost be described as a milky green. It’s not pale, but lighter, and seems overall just very soft. Her hide does seem to be especially smooth just naturally and, lucky for her rider, doesn’t seem to need as much oiling as the average dragon. There are very few, if any, noticeable variations in the shade of her hide. A small Green, Freyjath is only 20 meters in length.
Dragon Personality: Everything about Freyjath seems very smooth and friendly. She is not demanding, not hyper, never angry. Freyjath seems to think very little of herself though and is bothered by those who think lowly of themselves because ‘they are all better than her, so why complain?’ A very devoted dragon, Freyjath takes a while to grow close to anyone, but once she does, never wants to leave their side.
