Argueably, we arent promoting that kind of stuff. Its there but in the password section there are like only 6 threads from the past 2years.
This stuff isnt open and is reserved for mature individuals to creatively portray these kinds of scenes. Are they going to start making illegal the selling, possession and reading of romance novels because some kid might read them? Aparently this kind of stuff is in the TWILIGHT novels, and kids are reading those! (havent read them)

That's been in the Proboards TOS for a long time...and I don't put mature boards on Weyrs I run. However, I have NEVER heard of anyone being shut down for mature material. The one thing I would say to avoid is allowing porno games to advertise here (and yes, they're out there).

I think that we're fine as long as somebody doesn't complain and turn us in. Personally, I wouldn't have a mature board for this reason, but like I said...never seen anyone shut down for having one.

Hmmm... I've always been semi-inclined to get rid of that board, it's not something I've ever put up on an rp site that was totally mine. But Nick was the one who started Nyocia, and people have used it a bit, so I've let it be.
And overall I agree with Reine and Jenth. Not only have I never heard of a site getting shut down for that, considering popular literature these days, it seems... silly. xP
