Appearance: Lidi has rather short dirty blonde hair and dark green eyes. Her hair tangles easily, and she has long bangs that get in the way of her eyes sometimes. She has no long lasting or permanent scars on her body, although she does get the scratches, it generally isn’t very serious. Lidi is small for her age.
Lidi likes to wear sandals most of the time. They are her favorite footwear. She doesn’t care too much about the color or type of her clothes. As long as she is wearing something comfortable, Lidi is good. Comfortable to her usually means something not to thick and not to long on hot days, and not to thin and not to short on cold days. All the days in between, she will wear anything.
Personality: Lidi has a strong spirit. She doesn’t like others bossing her around; she wants to make her own decisions. Lidi doesn’t let what others think influence her life. She chooses her own path, even if it is against what others think. She isn’t always rebellious, she knows when to be obedient, but she also knows when she doesn’t like something. Lidi prefers to choose what she thinks is best for her and others; however she will listen to what others have to say before making her decision. Lidi hates irrational decisions.
Lidi has a good memory. She can remember things easily and quickly and generally doesn’t forget a lot. The things she tends to forget are things that aren’t all too important. When she does have trouble memorizing things, she works until she can remember it. She doesn’t flaunt her ability to memorize or her other abilities. She actually prefers to keep what she can do to herself until she knows someone better.
Dragons have always fascinated Lidi. Being a HAD, Lidi has been able to talk to dragons, but she has always wanted to Impress a dragon. Talking to dragons isn’t the same as having a life-long friend. Lidi wants to do her best to Impress a dragon so she can have a friend she knows she can always trust. She doesn’t care what kind of dragon it is, for Lidi has never been picky.
Sometimes Lidi can be quite clumsy. If she slips or falls, she doesn’t let her embarrassment show. She simply picks herself up. She tries to be careful, but in rough terrain, she tends to slip at least once. She always pays attention to wear she is going, because she’ll probably fall if she doesn’t.
Lidi doesn’t like letting her feelings show. She doesn’t like getting angry either, and tries to keep herself calm. Sometimes, she can get irrationally angry, and she tries not to take it out on others when it does happen. She knows how to get herself calm, but occasionally she just doesn’t care.
Lidi isn’t a talker. She prefers to keep silent and watch rather than blabber away. She figures you can learn more by listening than asking questions, and it usually works for her. She doesn’t like being around people that talk about nonsense all day. She prefers being around quiet, shy people that don’t say much. Lidi may not be shy, but she is quiet.
Lidi can hold some grudges for a long time. If someone gets her really mad, it can be a while before she trusts them again. It doesn’t always happen, but sometimes she feels someone isn’t good to trust. Either that or they get her really mad.
Lidi doesn’t trust others easily at all. She watches others to see how they act, then decides if she could ever trust them at all. Sometimes she assumes wrong, but she still listens to herself. If you do gain her trust, she will tell you a lot of things she doesn’t say to anyone else.
Due to the amount of time it takes Lidi to trust someone, she doesn’t have a lot of friends. This has never bothered her, as she likes having alone time. Lidi likes spending time alone, and when she gets tired of the lonesomeness, she can go and listen to others, or just be around them.
History: Lidi was born and grew up in a Hold. She was taken to Nyocia Weyr to become a candidate, and she was very excited to do so. In leaving, she left behind her parents and her 3 younger siblings. She misses them sometimes, but she knows she can’t have her family and a dragon.
Lidi grew up with 2 older siblings. She didn’t have a very tough life growing up, and she was always happy where she lived. After her younger brother was born, her eldest brother left and became a Craftsman. Her younger twin sisters were born after she was the oldest child left in the house. She took good care of her younger siblings, and she trusted her family beyond what she had trusted anyone. She was happy to go to the Weyr, but not happy to leave her family behind.
Now, her goal is to Impress a dragon. She knows how happy her family would be to here that her leave to the Weyr as a candidate had paid off. With a dragon, she might even be able to see her family sometime, or better yet, protect them from Threadfall.
Pets: Firelizard Gold Raven: Raven may be pretty like her mother, Brooke, but she is also just as vain. Raven doesn't like it when others think little of her, and she lets them know it. She is quite brave, and doesn't mind getting mad at others, whatever the consequences may be.

Name Origin: Valentines Day! Now we celebrate by giving our friends and loved ones gifts or just wishing it never existed.

Appearance: Velentinth’s hide is overall a very light green, and her stripes are an especially dark shade of purple in contrast. She is lean, with a feline suppleness and agility that even some Greens would be envious of. Her headknobs are a bit stubby, but other than that her build and proportions are very well within the range of perfect. She is a middle-sized Barred at 26 meters, and has a habit of making herself look smaller than she is.
Personality: Valentinth is a sweet little dragon, but shy too so for the most part others just see her as quiet and withdrawn. She likes to be in crowds but not exactly part of them- being around company doesn’t mean she has to communicate or anything with them, apparently. She is often easily deceived or fascinated and prefers to rely on her rider in all areas. Despite, when left to her own mechanics, Valentinth can be creative and is sure to at least lead interesting Flights.
