Appearance:

The Eyes ~ Chloee has rather drab looking brown eyes. Theyfre just brown, with not even a tinge of some other color in them. In the dark they look black.
The Hair ~ Chloeefs hair is sleek and black. It is also extremely straight. And long. Her hair falls in waves to her lower back.
The Face ~ Chloee has a charming, pixie-like face. Her chin is pointed, her nose is small, her eyes look larger than normal. Her ears, by some strange deformation, also look somewhat pointy. She always has a light pinkish hue on her cheeks.
The Body ~ If anyonefs body can be as fairy-like, itfs Chloeefs. Chloee boasts a perfect lithe body with strong legs and a flat stomach. She stands at a rather short 5f3h and weighs probably only 110 pounds. Shefs not anorexic, mind youc even if she does forget to eat sometimes.
The Clothes ~ Have you ever heard of Peter Panfs little friend Tinkerbell? Remember Tinkfs clothes? Good, now picture them on Chloee, only without shoes. She always wears earthen colors, and her favorite color is green.
The Scars ~ What? Scars on such a pretty (but forgetful) lady? Why, of course! No one is ever perfect. She has many scars from her fire-lizard friends (most of which arenft hers), but even the scars are small.

Personality:

Since Chloee has such a direct, simply personality, one paragraph is needed to sum her up. In fact, only a couple words are needed to sum her up, but this application requires for the personality to be at least a paragraph. Want to know the words? Of course you do! Here they are: Hyper, cheerful, and only a lot forgetful. Did you get all that? Good, now onto more detail:
Chloee is always happy. When I say always I mean always. therefs never a time when she isnft. Even though shefs always optimistic shefs also so very forgetful. Once she even forgot her name (yes, thatfs where you either gasp or laugh). Shefs always flitting this way and that, never staying in the same place for long. If you do succeed in getting her settled into one spot shefll visibly shake. Though she is forgetful she is obedient, but I wouldnft choose her to do longterm tasks. Some people wonder how she can have so many fire-lizards at once and remember them. The thing is, she doesnft remember them. The fire-lizards that flock around her are only half hers, the other half are from random people.

History:

Chloee's history is at best irrelevant until age four. She was born, she learned things, and she was as unruly as any young child. The catch? Chloee is the Lord Holder's daughter. No, not for this Hold, but for another one. The problem is, she can't remember which one. At age four her mother gave her a fire-lizard egg. Overjoyed, and not at all sure of what to do with it, she sat. And stared. At the egg. The egg hatched. She, who was eating a sandwich, gave the hatchling some food, and it became hers. The small Brown was named 'Mine.'

Mine and Chloee grew up together until Mine chased a Gold when Chloee was seven. Mine and the little Gold disappeared between (the Brown had caught her) and never reappeared. Chloeefs Mine was gone, and Chloee was once again alone (her parents didn't pay much attention to her). Not that she cared. On the contrary, she forgot about Mine almost five sevendays after his death. The poor, forgetful girl.

No one quite knows how she got Sigma, or how she got her other fire-lizards. In fact, no one really knows how she even remembered the Sigma symbol (‡”) until she came back from wherever she had gone toting a new blue fire-lizard. The girl was nine then. Sigma was a rather large brown, possibly coming from a Gold Clutch. The girl was so proud that she remembered Sigma that she vowed she would never forget him. She hasn't to this day.

When the girl disappeared again the Lord Holder decided to send her to a Weyr, where there were more watching eyes so she wouldn't get lost. This time when she came back she carried with her fire-lizard eggs. She kept two ('I found them, I think, so I get to keep two of them!') and they later hatched to be Brown Blubber, and Green Sphinx. Miraculously, the girl trained them all to carry things such as messages back and forth. They were also trained in other things. Chloee had become a fire-lizard trainer.

Despite her all-too-apparent forgetfulness, she remembered that her father wanted her to leave for a Weyr. So she did. The journey took her three Turns because she frequently lost her way and didn't bother to ask directions. But she was having fun, and she sent frequent letters to her father. Finally she arrived at Sanz Weyr through mishap or other. She was 13 when she arrived. For the last four Turns she has been at Nyocia Weyr.

While at Nyocia Weyr, Chloee obtained another egg (as if she doesn't have too many fire-lizards already). The egg hatched into a Barred, which Chloee instantly named Jump for her overly hyper personality. Now Chloee is a Wher-Candidate, but she still keeps up with her fire-lizard trainer tasks.

Species: Fire-lizard
Color: Brown
Personality: Sigma is a lazy little guy, the complete opposite of his Mine. He's the only fire-lizard Chloee remembers is hers.
Why that name? Chloee saw that character (‡”) on a parchment once, and later she learned that meant esigma.Sigma is now her favorite word.

Name: Blubber
Species: Fire-lizard
Color: Brown
Personality: Blubber isnft so much lazy as fat. In fact, this little brown is rather very energetic, choosing to stay in one place for less than a minute. How, then, does Blubber have so much blubber? Because Chloee forgets and feeds him too much. The forgetful girl doesnft remember which fire-lizards are hers, and so feeds whichever fire-lizards want food.

Species: Fire-lizard
Color: Green
Personality: Sphinx is a regal little green. She usually lays on the ground, a bench, some sort of rock, or a proffered limb with her head up, always surveying. If she could speak shefd probably speak in rhymes, leaving people stunned and guessing.

Color: Barred
Personality: She. Is. Extremely. Hyper. She. Does. Not. Know. The. Definition. Of. Calm. Yeah, she can't keep still. Try to make her. I dare you.

I don't think the history works... Nick has already accepted, but Barreds have only just started hatching. Jump couldn't be as old as the history makes her seem, none that have hatched yet are even old enough to Fly. You need to fix that or change Jump to a different color.
