Appearance: Estryna is a tall, willowy woman with sharply angled features. She tends to eat light, and mostly vegetables, resulting in thinness, but looking at her you can tell that she was meant to be lanky. She has long legs and arms and, to match, long, elegant fingers.
Estryna has a thin face with somewhat severe features, high cheekbones and a somewhat aquiline nose. She probably wouldn’t be called “pretty” right off, but one can stand to look at her. From her time spent outside and working with her dragon, she usually has a light tan as well as a generous speckling of freckles on her face. Her eyes are a fairly nice grayish-green, and her hair is stick-straight and colored an unremarkable brown.
Personality: Estryna is a bundle of nerves. She worries a lot, and gets stressed out easily. However, she actually likes having things to worry about. It keeps her going. She enjoys being a leader because it puts her in control, and she hates to lose control in any situation. When she first learns of a new situation, her usual reaction is to freak out. She reacts physically to these things, sometimes hyperventilating or breaking out in hives. Once she collects herself, most often with the help of her dragon or a good friend, she tries to take steps to solve the problem.
Estryna is a neat freak, and a bit of a germaphobe. Her room, her clothes, everything is spotless. She cleans to relieve stress. Messy people, and lazy people, annoy her the most. She can get pretty crabby with someone if they treat her rudely or just appear sloppily dressed.
When it comes to relationships, Estryna likes to be surrounded by some supportive girlfriends. She likes a girls night out once in a while, and wants to have someone to confide in. Estryna is not good with romance, because in truth she is a little afraid of guys. It's an irrational thing, but she just can't stop being nervous around men. Plus, she thinks most of them are boorish pigs.
Another thing Estryna is afraid of is whers. She's terrified of the creatures.
History: Estryna was born in a nearby Hold, the daughter of a cook and a steward. She is an only child, as her mother was unable to have more children. She was a touch spoiled as a child, and overprotected. She had a hard time getting along with many of the other kids, who seemed less mature than she was. They picked on her for being a goody-goody, and when they found out she was scared of whers, they often carried her off to the wher pen just to terrify her.
She became a shy and rather reclusive teenager. Following in her mother's footsteps, she became a cook, and later specialized as a baker. At the age of seventeen, a Search rider came to the Weyr, and asked Estryna to become a candidate. She was scared to at first, but her parents advised to go, and she finally agreed.

Appearance: Although a bright and very pale green Ath’s hide is green nonetheless, and she is marked a Barred simply by the very delicate violet stripes running, in the usual manner, across her hide. She has a slender build, and is of middle size, reaching about 26 meters.
Personality: Ath is a very easy-going dragon, always willing to just ‘go with the flow’ and not worry about life. She likes taking her time in everything and, oddly enough, is good at finding the easiest way through a situation (although, that can also come out as the laziest way through too). Always friendly to everyone, she is at least easy to get along with, she can just be a little hard to motivate.
