History:
It's a cut throat business.
First Turn as Tokala
- The Weyr was founded on the Southern Continent by Ru'ark and his Bronze Vaukoth, it becomes a home for many rouge riders for 21 turns, in that time not one gold egg has been laid on Tokalan Sands, nor has a Queen ever graced the Weyr heights.
- The Weyr is officially named Tokala, though many have been calling it that for turns.
- Numbers rise as more rouge riders fill the Weyr.
- Suddenly there is a great drop in numbers and an increase in attacks against riders.
- There is also an increase in women of the lower caverns bearing children.
- Ru'ark and his Subordinates develop a plan to help the situation upon hearing a little piece of news from afar.
- 3 sevenday after the plan is made, they put it into action, and two bands of riders set out to Autumn Star Weyr and Hold.
- The Raid on Autumn Star Hold, which is consequently burnt after women are raped, the men killed and stores emptied, is nothing but a diversion.
- Gold Mryndith leaves her eggs on the sands of Autumn Star Weyr to go hunt breifly. The other band of riders sneak onto the sands, taking with them 7 eggs, including Mryndith's beloved gold egg. They manage to escape unharmed and disappear back to Tokala, an unknown entity to those Weyrs around it.
- All 7 eggs are brought to the Hatching Sands, unharmed though the gold egg is a small one.
- All seven eggs hatch into 1 gold, 1 brown, 1 blue and 4 greens.
~ Javonarah impresses Gold Reulith.
Second Turn - 10 eggs are stolen from another Weyr, but only 5 make it to Tokala, the other 5 with the riders who stole them were capture by the Weyr they came from, and taken back to the sands, the riders prosecuted.
- The 5 eggs soon hatch, into 5 healthy greens.
- 18 months on from the hatching of the first Stolen 7, they graduate.
- Javonarah becomes Weyrwoman of Tokala
- Ru'ark leaves Tokala seeing it safe in the hands of his daughter Javonarah.
- 8 months on, Reulith rises on Turns ending, she is caught by Astentith
- B'ren becomes Weyrleader of Tokala.
Third Turn - Reulith clutches a healthy 20 eggs.
- Only 17 eggs hatch, the other three eggs dead.
- 4 of the 17 Weyrlings die before they even reach graduation, so called honour duels the cause.
- Turmoil begins in the Lower Caverns of Tokala, and women are treated as bad if not worse had it been Fort Weyr, Tokala rank means everything, and women unless high ranking are not worth two marks.
- 3 eggs are stolen from another Weyr, to boost numbers, even if three won't do much.
- Again the eggs hatch nothing but greens.
Fourth Turn - Reulith rises and again is caught by Astentith
- She lays a small clutch of 15 eggs
- All 15 eggs hatch.
- B'ren gets power hungry and tries to take control of Tokala from Javonarah.
- Astentith Betweens late that night, B'ren is found dead in his weyr.
- Javonarah resumes single leadership of Tokala.
Fifth Turn - 10 eggs are stolen during the middle of threadfall from another Weyr, when the Weyr was distracted.
- Reulith rises unexpectedly when the eggs are placed on the Sands.
- Moth catches Reulith
- Nu'linn is the new Weyrleader
- Reulith clutches 15 eggs including her first Gold egg.
- The shortage in candidates for the two clutches sends out several 'search' parties.
- 7 young men and 5 young girls are kidnapped to be forced onto the sands when the time comes. They are:
