Appearance: D'lis isn't that out of the ordinary. His hair is a bleached kind of brown that shows the fact that he is always out in the sun, his eyes are so dark blue that they sometimes appear to be black and emotionless. D'lis is a seemingly tall person, at a fairly average 5' 8" or a little taller. His lopsided smile usually creases his face. His dark tan makes him seem more of a dark person.
Personality: D'lis is virtually like he appears. He is a very dark person, really only because he is a pessimist. He sees the bad in almost every situation, except with his dragon. He may lighten up after a Flight or after Threadfall, pretty much anything that brings him and Strath closer that they already are. This pessimism makes it hard for him to get close to anyone very easily.
History: Dramlis was a very pampered Holder's son. He was never really allowed to do any work or barely go outside if he wasn't escorted by some kind of guard.
The first time Thread fell, he was actually outside. He barely escaped to a cave with the help of his guards...though they didn't make it. This is what caused his pessimism more than likely seeing that with him living others died.
Still he wanted to do something about it, and when the dragons came on Search 3 Turns ago, he was lucky enough to be Searched for what could be his first and final Stand on the Hatching Grounds at Nyocia.
As he stood and watched others Impress, he doubted that with all these people Impressing and being able to do good that a pampered boy like himself, being 20 Turns, would be able to Impress. That was when the little Brown tumbled over to him and said in a seemingly depressed voice, Hello D'lisMine, Your Strath wishes to be fed.
It was the first time since Thread had began to fall that D'lis had felt happy, Strath was what was missing! They never left each other's side again, not like they would...or any dragon rider/dragon would.

Dragon Color: Strath is a mix of dark and light in color and personality. His hide is a caramel-like in color, looking almost like a Tan...but also like you could eat it. He enjoys the sun and bathing, which gives D'lis a lot of time in the sun.
Dragon Personality: Strath is somewhat like his rider. His mind-voice always sounds depressed even when the dragon is happy. Strath seems more happy and optimistic than his rider, which evens them out. He is perhaps even slightly more energetic than other Browns when he knows a Flight is about to happen and loves to Fly Thread.
