Appearance: Jeck is small for his age, having finally lost the baby-pudge that denoted him a young child. He has creamy skin tone, freckles splashed along his nose and cheeks. His hair comes past his ears a bit, and is a blond tone. His eyes are a dark blue. His hair is mostly straight with a bit of a wave to it after it's washed.
Personality: Jeck is focused and polite. He's known to be extremely deferential to those in charge, having grown up as a Lord's child. He knows when to make good and when he can stand his ground, though it's rare for him to take the high ground. Jeck can be a little stingy, but he's better about sharing with his friends. Jeck likes his clothing to be neat and nice, though he doesn't care about the overall quality. As long as it looks good he's happy. He likes the ocean as he grew up near it. Jeck is terrified of girls.
History: Jeck is the middle child of five. His parents were married when he was born, but his two older siblings were out of wedlock, meaning he was the heir being trained. As a child he was strong and healthy, giving his parents hope for his future.
When he was Searched at age 13 neither of his parents were sure how to take it. Eventually his mother decided that he should go stand (her uncle was a dragonrider and played some influence in this decision).
Pets: Flit - brown, Saren, playful and mischievous
Other: Jeck knows how to read and write. He also knows how to box from spending spare time with the guard. Hand-to-hand combat was something he needed for being so short and never really fitting in. He was teased cruelly by girls at a young age, instilling a deep seated fear of them.
