"It's good job I'm wearing old clothes. Freyjath, can I convince you to dry off in the sun?"
Sun? The green gave a great show of looking up at the somewhat cloudy sky.
"There's a nice patch, oh, five yards to your left."
Freyjath stood up, turned left and padded into the patch. Oh!
"You're teasing me, Frey. I can tell."

"It always is." Wearing old clothes was always the better choice when one lived in the vicinity of Greens. In K'laon's opinion, new things were for Gathers, and even then only if he wanted to look good for someone else.
Amirinth stretched and stood up, feeling she had laid around for long enough. Pity little Freyjath can't carry her rider yet. She and Amirinth could go for an adventure. After taking a moment to lament this, the dragon nudged K'laon. At any rate, Amirinthlove is ready to go do somthing else.
You don't like sitting around and talking? Odd. Not that K'laon found it the most exciting passtime ever either, but he didn't mind it. "Amirinth says she's bored," K'laon rolled his eyes.

"And I'm going to go get this oil off myself," T'mar said with a smile. "I mean, I've kept you long enough."
Amirinth was a gorgeous green, but Freyjath was better. He hadn't really grasped the true extent of rider bias until he became one. Before, he had thought all dragons were...attractive? Was that the word?
"And I need to check on Flower, too." The Kagen had a habit of wandering off and annoying people who didn't think she was all that cute. She was definitely cute, and very affectionate, but not, he thought, quite as loyal as a firelizard. Or maybe she was just being a brat...
